The Face

After the storm had cleared, we decided to settle down and watch some TV. In my lounge at the rear is a double glazed deadlocked door which leads into the garden. Its a full length glass door. As we were sat there my youngest son noticed an imprint of a mans face on the door. The odd thing was it was on the inside of the door and the face was looking in at us. It was very clear and all 6 of us could see it. It wasnt a modern face and willow was really uncomfortable with it. It just stared into the room and tho its eyes were empty they were looking around the room. The face didnt want to make a connection at all, it felt as tho it was almost shocked at what it was seeing and felt lost. I asked my guides to come very close to my family, tho to be honest I felt no threat from him. Then the door, which was locked popped open, still in the locked position, I pulled it shut and tried taking a photo of it but if I used a flash its reflected off the glass blurring everything and without a flash was just a dark garden showing through the window. Jay tried rubbing the face off but it wouldnt go so to avoid anymore uneasy feeling that the kids might have felt we drew the curtains. I just had a peek while I sat here alone and the face has gone, no imprint nothing, very strange and something I can not explain only that I knew the face was from a time long ago......

thats weird...

i cannot help but think there is a link here with Canewdon, after all - you said you were drawn there but didn`t know why, then we located those old burials inside the church which you got a 12th/13th cent date for, and now this old mans face appearing...
Its like a cycle of events leading to something you meant to see or do something about...??

I could be wrong - but its the closeness of all this activity that makes me think there is a link of sorts.

Was there a feeling that the mans face dated to the same time as the burials???

It could be a Canewdon link or it could have come from the battle field at the back of you. Did you feel you could connect at all or not?

Hi Manda he was a ghost, there was no connection at all. The empty eyes are still very strong in my mind, they looked so sad and lost. To be honest I felt he was more connected to my home area than Canewdon, its been very active around my home lately. The cats have been playing with orbs for the last few nights and my silent monks are around more than usual.

the anniversary date of the battle has passed.... so what on earth can be causing all this?????

Harmony - do you know of anything else of the site you live on, building history, the land etc... other than the battle, or the wooden church you see.
Im gonna try looking into this too, see what i dig up.

I'm guessing you need spiritual support and strength right now which could be why your place seems active at the moment. Sounds like the face was a spirit in need of help and knew you had the ability.

This is eerie, hes here again looking through the window at me, willow wont go near the back door and her furs all raised.

Hes just staring, wont speak and my guide has drawn very close as has my nan. I'm feeling very hot and uncomfortable with him, and three orbs and a white flash have just passed through my lounge.

hes giving me a huge pain in my right arm, and showing a sword pass through my shoulder, and all I'm getting is one word from him and its 'sarlysed' nothing more. Will google it and see if I get anything and let you know if I do.

The only person who can help me is very ill at the moment and I dont want to trouble my nan until shes back on her feet again. Nowt on google so going to ask a few of my witchey friends to see if they can help smiling

Can reveal that the phrase goes back to Saxon times, my friend believes when he traced a word that was similar, that its a greeting of sorts, so I have decided next time or if there is one, to greet him using this word. Its unusual for spirit to connect not using a word that can be recognised by the person they are trying to communicate with. Dunno?

but we'll get there hopefully Roll eyes

Why don`t you try leaving a notepad and a pen on the table - or better still, a quill pen... perhaps if he cannot communicate in normal channels, he maybe able to write... just a hunch Harmony.. can`t hurt to try.

Interesting that you get a Saxon date for the face... you often state you get monks walking through your house, and that there was a wooden church in the area, and that would certainly all fit that time period.

God... to do a GHT vigil in your back garden would be a dream!

...of course, we do like our sandwiches, coffee and cakes, so stock up hun!! lol!!
