Ok, my guide - called Michael - whom Harmony discovered for me nearly a year ago, has finally started talking to me. It did take some meditation and alot of work on my part to coax him but he is now talking to me on a semi-regular basis.
I still find it very difficult though...
For example, he was with me over at Alresford recently, and he was giving alot of info out but i was finding it very difficult to catch up, it seemed that for every name he gave me, just as i made it out what he was saying, he gave me another, and then another - i constantly played catch-up..
I can only hope i will learn to read his comments better in time...!

hunny you've done better than most to be open enough to accept your guide and listen to him, please be patient, you will both find a way to work together and at a pace that will suit you both. Try holding a clear quartz when you communicate with him and an amerthyst this will help you hear each other clearly and dispel any negative energy that maybe around blocking this connection.

Dont forget when your excited you tend to babble and Michael is excited that you can finally hear him hunny Thumb Left

Its also a bit unsettling that he leaves me for days at a time, then suddenly pops up again. Although i know he is always with me, his absense often gets me wondering where he goes...

At Bradwell, he cut me out completely and blocked EVERYTHING!! He said later this was because there was too much spiritual activity in that area for me to cope with. Other times he seems to "skulk" in the background with a disinterested attitude, offering the occasional name or date. Then we get the complete oppersite when he just cant be stopped babbling!!! its these times i find it the hardest to keep up, and there must be several key names i`ve missed simply because i couldn`t keep up with the information Michael delivers.

I`m finding one source of comfort though...
I do find just simple and relaxing meditation very calming, during which i see Michael - sometimes he just stands there, quite often he is knelt in prayer or cleaning his sword or spurs, the latter he spins - making quite a strange sound.
And he seems to like hearing my Enigma discs too...
